The Beginning
When I made the Decision, the Decision to start my own company, I was mentally ready. I was tired of the noise, the endless distractions, and waking up to work that didn’t excite me. I wanted to be creative. I wanted my money to go into my pocket. I wanted to build something that mattered to me and be happy and healthy while doing it But then came the overwhelm.

I wanted a roadmap that was:

✅ Engaging enough to keep me inspired, so I wouldn’t burn out.
✅ Practical enough to cover all the necessary business foundations.
✅ Measurable, so I could track my progress.
✅ Flexible, so I could refresh, reset, and evolve.
That was the birth of this workbook

The design has evolved, but the goal remains the same—to help you navigate the chaos of running a business with clarity and confidence.
